Be Grateful

I hear an Ole Gospel song "Be Grateful" by Walter Hawkins reminding me that there is someone else that rather be in my shoes. How many times do we take for granted what God already has done for us. Yes, life may not be perfect, but we are truly blessed. Your problems may not appear to be so big if you noticed other people struggling around you too. Remember to stop seeing narrowly and notice everyone Else's situations. Realize that you have a lot to be thankful for. God promise He never forsake you and He has done just that if you take time to appreciate everything.  Now, Love Harder, Love Stronger and Love Gratefully!!!

  1. We tend to take the small things for granted, such as being able to tie our shoes or to be able to go to the restroom. There are people who can't use the restroom at all because their kidneys are not working or that person that can't tie their shoes because they had a stoke. We should not be thankful for only the big thing but for all things. And as we all have experienced, times get hard, harder for some than others, but however hard it is be thankful for life because someone didn't wake up this morning, someone was just evicted or their home was just foreclosed on, someone lost their job or really can't afford to pit food on the table so their children can have a decent meal. Although things may not be going the way as we want and whatever the case may be, know that God makes no mistakes, he doesn't put any more on a person than he or she can bare. He carried you while you were in the womb and he is carrying you now. Be thankful for what God has done and will do, believe and have faith and watch Him work it out. God is love and love is God so don't be afraid to love.
